The awards ceremony further to the Open Photography Competition 2025 took place today at AIKB. The members of the AIKB Photo Club, in collaboration with Jérôme LEJART, the Mayor of Gouarec, were pleased to award the prizes to the first three winners, namely Rémy SCRIGNAC (1st place), Don TAYLOR (2nd place) et Michael FALDING (3rd place).
Rémy SCRIGNAC was also awarded 50 Euros along with the Photo Club trophy on which his name has been added to the previous winners since the creation of the competition in 2009. Rémy took this opportunity to thank his three dogs, Morgann, Soaz et Verdi who allowed him to win this competition.
The theme for 2025 was "Into the distance" and a total of 89 entries were received from 47 photographers. The winning photos were the result of a public vote during an exhibition of all the entries in the AIKB offices in Gouarec.
