We were rewarded with a completely dry sunny and pleasantly warm afternoon at St Gilles Vieux Marches despite the morning rain. With 5 walkers and one dog we made good progress through the forests and up onto the ridge above the village. The paths were dry and mud free the views excellent and the colours in the forest quite dramatic. Perfect walking conditions!
